You may apply for refund within 30 days since the date you received the goods. Detail rules as follows:
1. Full Refund
(a) Product quality issue
If you receive an item with hardware, software, or adapter defects, please contact us for an exchange or a refund. Note: You must obtain return authorization from us before sending the item back to our designated warehouse. Once the return is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or exchange accordingly.
(b) Wrong Item sent
If we send you the wrong item by mistake, please contact us. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please return the incorrect item to us using that label. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the correct item at no additional charge, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs base on your preference. While we can track the label, please let us know once you have dropped off the package so we can monitor the return and process your request promptly.
(c) Item out of stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will send an email to check if you would like to exchange it, wait for it, or receive a refund. If you choose to cancel, we will issue a full refund. For multi-item orders, we will fulfill the available products and refund the unavailable ones in full.
(d) Item not received
If a parcel is lost in transit due to carrier errors, OBDPRICE CA will issue a full refund or send a replacement. We provide tracking information promptly; if your package is significantly delayed, please contact us. We will confirm the status with the courier and assist you ASAP. If the product is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund if you no longer require the item.
(e) Change of Mind
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Partial Refund
(a) Wrong shipping address cost item lost or return
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, we will refund the product price (minus the original shipping cost). We cannot refund shipping costs in this case. We do not refund orders that are delivered to a wrong address due to your incorrect information.
(b) Customer refuse to pay custom duty cause a return / disposal by customs
For international shipping, if you refuse to pay import duties and the package is returned to us, we will refund the product price (minus the original shipping cost and fees charged by the carrier for the return).
(c)Return request over 30 days
Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted unless required by law.
