Return Timeframe: Standard Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Exceptions: Please note that Autel Software Update Services are non-refundable once activated.
How to initiate a return
- Note: All return requests are processed through OBDPRICE CA store, not through a local retail center in Canada.
- Contact Us: Please email sales@obdprice.com to obtain a Return Authorization first.
- Shipping: We will provide you with the appropriate return address or a prepaid shipping label based on the reason for your return.

Important: Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be lost or significantly delayed in processing.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original, unopened condition, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Who pays for the shipping?

Quality issue, damaged, faulty, not working, or wrong item sent:
Contact us via email sales@obdprice.com. We will cover the return shipping cost. If possible, please provide photos or a video showing the issue. -
Change of mind (not satisfied or no longer want the item):
You may return the item for a full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery, but you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Items must be unused and in original packaging..
When should I send the product back?
You must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving our return authorization. Additionally, all returns must be postmarked and shipped within the original 30-day return window from the date you received the goods.
- Packaging: Please pack the product securely with all accessories, free gifts, and manuals in the original box. Once the carrier picks up the package, please share the tracking number with us immediately—this is crucial for us to follow up on your case.
- Late Returns: If the item is not shipped within the 14-day authorization window, or if the return request is processed after the 30-day return period has expired, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that delays can sometimes happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If you anticipate any delay, please contact us at sales@obdprice.com in advance. We may be able to extend your deadline at our discretion.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days using the original payment method.
- Note: Please allow your payment provider (such as your bank, credit card company, or Klarna) additional time to complete the refund. Processing times may vary depending on the provider.
- If your return has been delivered but you have not received an update, please feel free to contact us with your tracking information so we can assist you promptly.
- During public holidays or non-business days, refund processing may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your understanding.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong model and would like to exchange it for a different one, please contact us at sales@obdprice.com and let us know the model you wish to exchange for.
- If the new model is priced higher: We will inform you of the price difference. Once confirmed, we will send you a payment link or invoice. After receiving your returned item and payment, we will arrange shipment of the new product.
- If the new model is priced lower: We will provide you with the return address. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement product and issue a refund for the price difference.

Urgent Need: The standard exchange process takes 1–2 weeks. If you need a replacement quickly, we recommend placing a new order on our website and returning your original item for a full refund based on our return policy.
How to cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
