2. Warranty Claims:

  • We may require proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice, to verify eligibility for warranty claims.

  • Important Note on Warranty Service:Warranty and technical support services are processed through OBDPRICE CA store, not through a local retail center in Canada. All warranty claims, repairs, and replacements will be handled by our central support team and coordinated with the manufacturer (Autel).

3. Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or other circumstances beyond normal and intended use.
  • Consumable items, such as batteries, cables, and software, are typically not covered under warranty unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
  • OBDPRICE CA reserves the right to reject warranty claims if the product has been tampered with or if the warranty seal has been broken.

4. Resolution Options:

If a warranty claim is approved, we will offer one or more of the following resolution options:

5. Shipping:
