Orders are fulfilled through our domestic logistics partner based in Richmond, BC, to ensure fast local delivery. We offer free standard shipping via Fedex, Canada Post, DHL on most orders within Canada (excluding remote regions). We are committed to getting your diagnostic tools to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Where is my order shipped from?
Orders are fulfilled through our domestic logistics partner based in Richmond, BC, to ensure fast local delivery. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock locally, it will be fulfilled via our international logistics network (e.g., from our Hong Kong hub).

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare cases such as high order volume or stock delays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Change
If you would like to change the shipping address, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the address.
International Shipping Duties & Taxes
If your order is shipped from outside Canada due to stock availability, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by Canada Customs. We recommend contacting us at sales@obdprice.com for products inventory and estimated fees before ordering.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
